Prices for services or packages may change due to factors such as inflation, market conditions, operational costs, or regulatory changes. We may apply these adjustments at the point of renewal or when new services are booked. If the price of an existing subscription increases, you will be notified and offered the option to continue under the new pricing terms.
While we aim to provide reasonable notice of changes, we are not obligated to do so. Price increases or service modifications will be communicated as soon as possible, either through email, on our website, or through other means.
We reserve the right to discontinue certain services or packages at any time. In such cases, we will notify affected customers and may offer alternatives or prorated refunds for any prepaid services.
Booking:
When booking a service, customers must provide accurate details regarding the type of service, address, and any special instructions. A valid time slot must be selected during booking.
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee may be required for certain services. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of the service and will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
Payment:

Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded as per our refund policy.
Rescheduling:
To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If insufficient notice is provided, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.
Access:
You must ensure clear access to the premises to be cleaned, including providing necessary keys or codes.
Personal Property:
Foyever After is not responsible for any personal property left unattended during the service. Please remove or secure valuables before the cleaning team arrives.
While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, Foyever After’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or for any loss not directly attributable to our negligence.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information we collect through the booking process is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
All content, logos, trademarks, images, and designs on the Foyever After website are the intellectual property of Foyever After and are protected by copyright law. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our materials without explicit written consent.
Any promotional or discount codes offered by Foyever After must be applied during checkout. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any promotions at our discretion.
By subscribing to Foyever After services, you agree to an automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled. You will be notified of any upcoming charges prior to renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Additionally, we are not responsible for issues related to pre-existing conditions such as unsanitary conditions, pest infestations, or structural damage in the premises.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the services of Foyever After. By booking or using our services, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or are using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian or parent.
