Clients are responsible for securing valuables, personal items, and sensitive documents before service. We are not liable for the loss or misplacement of items left unsecured.
Please notify us of any fragile, valuable, or special-care items prior to cleaning.
We take great care when cleaning your home or business. In the rare event that damage occurs due to our staff’s negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of service. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures, or pre-existing conditions.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse cleaning services where conditions pose a risk to health or safety, including but not limited to:
Hazardous materials
Bodily fluids
Insect infestations
Dangerous pets
If the work environment is deemed unsafe, service may be canceled, and applicable fees may apply.
We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments. Returned checks will incur a service fee.
All client information is kept confidential and used solely for service purposes. We do not share client data with third parties.
